Hester Creek Estate Winery Presents the Clay Work of Charlotte Glattstein
Charlotte was born and raised in Panama City and received her formal art training at the Bezalel School of art in Jerusalem, the Escola das Artes in Rio de Janeiro and the Emily Carr College of Art and Design in Vancouver.
Charlotte's clay work is focused on the hand building of sculptures, murals and other non-utilitarian subjects and is presently featured by The Lloyd Gallery in Penticton and Hambleton Gallery in Kelowna.

Monday, October 6th, Hester Creek's Annual Celebrity Chef Dinner
This event is always the highlight of the Fall Wine Festival and should be booked early.
This year, we are pleased to host Chef Jeffrey Van Geest of Vancouver's Aurora Bistro who will delight diners with his acclaimed culinary talents. Vancouver trained, Jeff has become a highly skilled chef with more than 10 years experience. After completing his apprenticeship at the legendary Bishop's Restaurant in Vancouver, Jeff worked directly with Chef Bernard Cassavant, Canada's first Chef de Cuisine before opening his own restaurant, Aurora Bistro in 2003. Jeff's style utilizes French technique, Asian esthetics and local organic ingredients. His food is sophisticated enough for the most discerning diner yet unpretentious and very approachable. Where authentic food and flavour originate, Jeff has mastered the secrets which set him apart as a chef.

Thursday, October 9th, Hester Creek's Tuscan Dinner
Our Tuscan-style tasting room is the setting for this multi-course dinner paired with Hester Creek Estate award winning wines. Live music is provided by Jazz Out West. Seating is limited to 40 guests. Tickets $110.00 include wine, gst. & grat. Non-refundable payment required at the time of booking.
