    The Grapes of Wrath

    The Grapes of Wrath

The Grapes of Wrath were formed in 1983 by Chris Hooper, Tom Hooper and Kevin Kane. They came up with the name for the band after looking at a movie guide - nobody in the band had seen the movie or read the book. The Grapes of Wrath were one of Canada's most successful pop bands in the late 1980s and early 1990s, disbanding in 1992. In 2000, Kane and Hooper began working together, with drummer Matt Brain.

Find a place on the lawn and enjoy the approaching evening to the Sound of the North with Don Redden.

Don, Beth, Heidi & Jim are experienced musicians featuring highly energetic acoustic guitar picking, spirited accordion, lots of strong, expressive vocals with smooth harmonies, the soulful wail of the harmonica, and the solid, satisfying beat of the bass.
From rousing polkas and romantic waltzes to melodic ballads and swingy blues, they touch the heart and soul of many a listener.

    Concert - Trama

    Trama

Trama has been a mainstay in the Vancouver music scene for 22 years, no small accomplishment! With their trademark well-blended harmonies, their tight melodic sound, and the experience to choose material that is found on everyone's favourite playlist, they have earned their rightful place as one of the most requested bands on the circuit. Throw in a zany sense of humour, and a truly professional attitude, and they are a joy to see and hear.

Doni Underhill (Bass Guitar, Vocals) has played and recorded with many top bands, including Fludd, Brutus and Trooper. Ray Roper (Guitar, Vocals) formed the band Stonebolt with Brian Lousley. He is also a producer and studio engineer. Brian Lousley (Drums, Vocals) was the only drummer to play in Stonebolt. Playing diverse music styles, he has evolved a straightforward, solid approach to drumming, combined with a clear tenor voice.

Hester Creek wines are available for purchase. No other alcohol permitted by law. No Minors. Licensing requires that only food purchased from Hester Creek be consumed on the patio.
